FAQ for the Game Changer app
How do I communicate with my team?
- First option is via the CPYS website. After login in click on “MY ACCOUNT”. Select “messages” on the left hand side. Now can you compose a new email message to your team.
What email address do I use when signing up with the Game Changer app?
- Use the same email address you use to login into
www.crownpointsoccer.org site.
How do I find my team after I am logged into the Game Changer app?
- Click on the plus in the upper right hand corner. Next select “import Sports Connect”. You should see your team name and be able to select it.
How can I invite parents to the app?
- Parents who signed up their kids already have been invited to the app. Select your team on the main menu. On the team menu select Team and fans. Click on any parents that say invite sent and you can resend it again. Sometimes it’s best to reinvite the parents. To add other parents select the plus “invite fans” and add their email address.
How do I change the game time reminder?
- Select your team on the main menu. Click on the gear in the upper right hand corner (iphone). Select Team info. Select remind team “1 day before event” usually the best option. Select Save.
Can I add my practice schedule to the app?
- Yes, follow the instructions on

What do I do if I see duplicate game entries?
- Select your team on the main menu. Click on the gear in the upper right hand corner(IPhone). Select schedule sync. Select “Re-import Team schedule” and confirm. If this doesn’t work, you will have to manually delete the duplications.
